Project Contract Management
PCM – Project Contract Management (formerly Primakon PI) is the result of years of experience managing projects and contracts in environments characterized by complex relationships between project participants.
While PCM is a standalone solution, it reaches its full potential when integrated with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.
PCM offers flexibility in designing project processes with a primary focus on monitoring contractual relations and comprehensive project documentation across all project phases. The system is modular and includes the followingpredefined modules:
- Contracts Module (including contract amendments/addenda)
- Interim Monthly Payment Certificates Module
- Contractual Partners Module
- Project/Contract Documentation Module
- Risk Module
- Issues/Problems Module
- Bill of Quantities (BoQ) Module
- Info Module (for rapid overview of contract/project status)
- Administration Module (includes the ability to create custom modules)
The following key functionalities are integrated within these modules, making this solution unique in the market:
- Ability to create flexible, free-structure Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
- Ability to link the BoQ to the work breakdown structure/database, tailoring the entire process to the organization's needs
- Data import and export in Excel (XLS) format
- Integration of the BoQ with the project schedule in Oracle Primavera P6
- Digital Signature integration – automating contractual processes (e.g., the workflow for interim payment certificates: Contractor → Supervisor → Client)
- BiC Logic – providing clear tracking of responsibility for the next action in key processes (e.g., a 3-day deadline for certifying an interim payment)
Since user needs vary, the system is highly adaptable. Custom modules can be easily created; we currently have clients using specialized modules developed according to their specific requirements. The development of these modules is closely linked to our extensive experience in implementing project management methodologies and IT solutions, facilitating the operation and control of project processes. In addition to Oracle Primavera P6, the system can be integrated with any other IT system within an organization. Our clients utilize integrations with ERPs (e.g., SAP), accounting software, digital signature tools, document management systems, GIS systems, and more. Because project and contract data are central to many organizational processes, Primakon PCM serves as an excellent data source that can be integrated into the user's Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
